- for registrability purposes – to assess whether your mark can be registered with IP Australia in the face of previously existing marks on the register or in the marketplace; or
- for infringement purposes – to assess whether your brand or trade mark does, or will, infringe another party’s trade mark

- search of the Australian Trade Mark Register
- Comprehensive Trade Mark Search ($450)
- search of the Australian Trade Mark Register, company and business name search, foreign dictionary search, Pharmaceutical Names Index, MIMS and Search For Australian Surnames (SFAS) database.
Each search is issued with a report including a summary of our advice.
