Information provided by clients to McIntosh IP for the purpose of receiving legal advice or services is subject to the law of privilege, and where the law dictates, and considered confidential.  Any personal information provided by clients, including, address, phone number, and email address will not be rented, sold or otherwise disclosed to unrelated third parties without the client’s consent.

Initial Advice Prior to Engaging Us

McIntosh IP often provides an initial consultation over the phone or in meeting prior to being formally engaged.  The said consultations are limited to 30 minutes after which time we have the right to charge at our hourly rate.  Prior to formally engaging us, any consultation or information provided by us should not be relied upon or taken as legal advice.

Credit Card Security

McIntosh IP does not record or collect any credit card details when provided.
