Unlike other firms, at McIntosh IP we will not charge you for every minor phone call or email. We reasonably charge you in accordance with the rates below. Where possible, we prefer to work on fixed fees so that both we and you know your likely costs. Of course, we charge only for actual legal work and do not charge for incidentals such as copying, faxing, postage and the like.
All fees are exclusive of GST. Government fees are GST exempt.
